Your sole focus is working with your baby to meet each other, and that’s where it should be. When it’s over, you will go back to your birth over and over again, because it will change you.

  • I exclusively document home births! As a home birth mama myself, this is truly my passion. I take a limited number of births each year, and this allows me to serve more mothers at home. I have experience with and am comfortable with both midwife-assisted and unassisted/free births.

  • There are a lot of talented photographers out there! But if you’ve made it this far, it’s likely that you don’t just value great photos, but also who you invite into your birth space.

    I am both an experienced birth photographer with knowledge of how to work with any lighting scenario, and also a home birther and major birth nerd! I’ll bet I know your midwife, and probably your doula, too, bringing harmony into your space. I know physiological birth, which helps me know what to anticipate next so that no crucial moments are missed.

    I’ve walked the road you are on. When you invite me into your birth space, you’re inviting someone who aligns with your values in birth and will honor your story.

  • Let’s take the first step and start the conversation! You’re not only hiring a photographer, but inviting someone to be a part of your birth, and it IS a big decision! Let’s get to know each other and talk through what’s on your mind!

This day is of utmost importance. It’s right up there with your wedding day! But this is truly the one set of photos you can’t recreate. You can redo your family photos. You can even put your dress back on and redo your wedding photos! But you can’t schedule a redo of your birth. I recognize that you’re investing a lot into having your birth documented! That’s why I’m committed to having a childcare plan for 2am calls, driving separately to events, and missing family gatherings so that I can help you tell your story. When I tell you I’m here for you, I really mean it! I can’t wait for this monumental experience with you.
